I’m Julia, the founder and nutritionist behind Nourished Sundays. My work is informed by both nutritional training and lived experience, shaped through my own recovery from burnout, postpartum depletion, and a diagnosis of POTS. This journey refined my understanding of what true nourishment requires when the body has been under prolonged physiological and psychological stress.

My approach integrates modern nutritional science with the principles of ancestral nutrition, honoring the body’s innate rhythms, mineral balance, and capacity for repair. I recognize that chronic stress—particularly when experienced over years—can profoundly influence hormonal function, nervous system regulation, and metabolic resilience, often manifesting as physical symptoms within the body.

Through assessment tools such as Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA) and highly individualized nutritional strategy, I support women in restoring balance, replenishing depleted systems, and rebuilding long-term resilience.
